When you place an order for Products through the Site, the Products will be shipped to the address you designate as the “Shipping Address” during the check-out process.
Out of Stock & Backorder Shipping
When you place an order for Products through the Site and one or more of the Products is designated as “Out of Stock” or “Backorder”, then your order’s shipping time may be delayed for up to 90 business days. We reserve the right to cancel any Products on backorder for any reason without prior notification. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund based on your invoiced value to the original method of payment.
Shipping is free for all orders over $100. For orders below $100 there is a $10 flat rate shipping charge, which is displayed during the checkout process.
Premium shipping via DHL Worldwide Express is available starting at $18 + $2/item.
Delivery time varies according to your shipping location. On average, worldwide free shipping and flat rate shipping takes anywhere between 21 to 49 days. It can take up to 90 days during holiday seasons or due to weather related delays. If you need your order faster, please choose DHL Worldwide Express, which typically takes 1-7 days for delivery. Please note delivery time posted on this website is an estimate, actual delivery time may vary drastically. Slow delivery time is not a valid reason for refund.
Import Tax, Tariffs, VAT
Unfortunately, we have no control over taxes and customs charges (which vary by country). Because of this, you’ll be responsible for those charges once you receive your package. Please note that, due to customs clearance, international delivery may take up to 6 weeks; this is also beyond our control.
Risk of Loss and Title
The risk of loss and title on Product(s) purchased from Element Pure pass to you upon delivery of such Products (by Element Pure or our manufacturer) to the shipping carrier. If you believe there is substantial risk of loss during transit, please contact us directly about buying insurance on the shipment. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages.
