COVID-19 RETURNS UPDATE: Due to the outbreak of novel COVID-19, we are currently NOT accepting any returns within the United States & Europe. If you wish to return any items, they must be sent at your own cost to our Canadian address. There are no exceptions to this policy until further notice.

 

Element Pure Return & Exchange Policy

 

New and unused Products* can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Products must be mailed back in their original packaging. There are no restocking charges on exchanges or returns that meet the above conditions. If your return needs to be repacked or are missing parts of the original packaging there will be a 25% restocking fee. *Men’s Boxer Briefs and Women’s Hipphugger panties are NOT eligible for return or exchange if they have been tried on. Items marked as final sale or clearance are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

 

 

 

United States Returns & Exchanges

  1. Please submit a ticket using the button above.
  2. We will contact you via email with the RMA procedure.
  3. Once received, we’ll send out your exchange request or refund to your original method of payment if it’s a return.

 

 

Canada & International Returns

  1. Please submit a ticket using the button above.
  2. We will contact you via email with the RMA procedure.
  3. You will need to return the items at your own cost, we do not cover the return shipping cost.
  4. Once received, we’ll refund the cost of the old Product(s) excluding the original shipping cost.

 

 

Canada & International Exchanges

  1. Simply return the old Product(s) back to us by submitting a ticket using the button above.
  2. Make a new order for the Product(s) you want instead.
